Shipping & Refunds
Online Sales of Bike Parts, Bicycle Accessories, Raleigh Bicycles & Electric Bicycles will be offered according to the following guidelines:
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 IN THE CONTINENTAL US!
Orders are shipped Fedex ground or USPS Priority depending on item size and quantities. Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. In many cases, orders are shipped by the following business day. If there are any issues that cause a further delay we will contact you via phone and/or email. Fedex ground and USPS shipping typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive depending on location.
You can also purchase products through our online store to be picked up at our retail location. At checkout, you have the option to select "In Store Pickup" as a shipping method. When selecting this method, your items will be sent to our retail store at 465 E. 20th Street in Chico, CA. All of the items in your cart will be professionally assembled and checked before pickup. You will receive an email and/or phone call notifying you when your items are ready for pickup. In store pickup items are typically ready the following business day.
RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
We have a 14-Day Return policy. If for any reason, upon receipt of your order you are unsatisfied with any or all of the products you are eligible for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all order cancellations and refunds. You may exchange your product for another product of equal or greater value in which case no restocking fee will be charged. If the product has been shipped to you have the choice to pay the cost of shipping back to us, in which case you will receive a refund of your product order upon receipt and processing. You may select to have your order scheduled for pick up and delivery by us for your return, in which case all applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your final product refund. If you selected the "In Store pickup" option for your purchase, simply return your product back to the store location in which it was purchased to process a refund.
For orders that were shipped to you, the 14-day return policy will begin at the time of delivery confirmation of the product ordered.
In order to be eligible for a refund, all products must be in new, unused, resellable condition. Products returned to us in a condition less then it's new, unused condition could be subject to denial of refund or a partial refund if deemed to be refundable with depreciation.
Under no circumstance, will Red Mountain Green Cycle LLC deny the refund of products returned to us within the 14 days in "Brand New" condition contained within it's original packaging.
Refund times can vary depending upon shipping and processing times. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DO NOT RETURN WARRANTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO US BY MAIL: Warranty issues should be first addressed by contacting the product's manufacturer as all product warranties are governed by the product's manufacturer. Please be sure to complete any product registrations with the manufacturer to be sure you meet the proper guidelines for warranty service through the manufacturer. Warranty issues may also be taken to our store locations for warranty service to be performed under the guidelines of the manufacturer. Under no circumstances should you mail a product back to us for warranty service, unless instructed to do so by an authorized representative of Red Mountain Green Cycle LLC. Any product returned to us by mail for UNAUTHORIZED warranty will be marked "return to sender". You may always have warranty service performed and honored In-store at any of our retail locations. You may also have the option under direction of the manufacturer to have warranty service performed at another retail location near you.
